Worst experience.....I won't suggest patients to get treated there especially getting admitted. Worst nurses giving painful injections and drips.... My mother's hand were swollen. She got admitted for asthma and wheezing. They gave so much of steroids and steroids and only steroids that made her face so puffed up and caused many ugly changes in her body externally and internally. The Dr asked my mom to tell others that her face was puffed up due severe thyroid. This ain't a joke to play with. This isn't professional behaviour of a doc to say like this! She suffered with marks on her hands due to jabbing of several steroids injections! Worst! Literally just worst!

I would like to express my gratitude to each and every care takers, cleaners, nurses and most importantly our dr.mrs. Shanmugavadivu.. they made my life beautiful by gifting me and my wife with a baby boy by making us as normal delivery.. I know how much trouble we caused to everyone in the hospital because there was huge crowd of relatives all the time in hospital they never listened to any of the nurses.. in spite of all our issues and delivery complications everyone has put their own time and effort with great heart of love and affection... Today me and my wife are happy it's only because of our doctor and all the great full nurses and care takers..

Simple one word suggestion. DON'T APPROACH THIS HOSPITAL. WORST IN HOSPITALITY, WORST IN CARE, WORST IN MANAGEMENT, WORST IN TREATMENT, NOT SUITABLE TO THOSE WHO ARE POOR. Though you are rich person you will lose lots of money without any proof and treatment will be worst. I will give star points in minus out of 5.

A famous and patient friendly hospital in salem for more than 20 years . Doctors here Are very patient friendly . They also charge reasonably for patients . Patient rooms are well appointed.

Worst experience ever. I tried to book an appointment for ortho doctor. They said doctor will be little late, so asked me to come at afternoon. I keep on following with them for availability of doctor over phone. Finally he came and spent only 15mins in hospital. We were went for the lunch @ that time so couldn't able to meet him. I have applied a leave to visit the doctor, but couldn't meet him due to his belated visit. Everyone has job and priorities, the hospital management should understand and respect that. This kind of unplanned visit affect other's priorities. Could be much better if they had a dedicated time for the doctor consultation.

Very negligent and irresponsible staff. Had to wait for several hours to consult with the Doctor and during the time staff were very indifferent and did not offer any sort of assistance. The policy of first come first serve should be practised (not counting emergencies), at one instance we had to watch as nurses tended to patients who came in after us, making the already tired patient wait much longer than necessary, despite having reached there hours ago. They never answer phone calls, I have been trying for the past few hours to book an appointment. Would not recommend this place

waste of money Cleanliness 0%,nurse, doctors, ward boys never use any safety precautions like mask, gloves. They don't even explain the patients health conditions simply panicking patients. Just encashing humans emotions If u really care for your loved one plz don't ever step in to the hospital We trusted and stepped in...now we lost our father inlaw.....

Never ever go here for COVID treatment, they will discharge you just after counting 5 days, you will be diagnosed with severe covid lung infection just after you are discharged. They don't even know any protocol on how to treat covid patients, no verification tests at end of treatment. You will find nurses treating all patients without masks, gloves or any Kit. Sincere advice don't every step into this hospital for good mental and peaceful health.
