basically he is not trainer he like best brother . Lost 20 kgs in span of 4 months. Best gym and trainer. I would suggest this is the best place to loose weight or to put on weight or to build up the beast in you.

COACH Rama Krishna is the best man! Results fitness is not a joke ..He will give you even a diet plan you will find result in 1 month if you listen what he says .... I changed a lot
