One of the best gyms I've seen till date, with a very friendly and disciplined environment. RK Sir, he is just a fabulous trainer to get trained by and he's got the best team. It is also the safest and respectful place for all women who wish to join.. All the above they go with the healthy weight reduction or strength building training. Best recommended

The gym is very spaceous and well equipped with separate floors for cardio and weight training. Rk sir is a very humble and professional person. Best gym in this part of the city!

This place is one of the oldest and friendly gyms around with advanced equipment for workouts i feel so comfortable here being a girl i made many friends of different age groups highly recommend

This is an excellent gym especially for younger to elder who have aim to fit. I have worked with multiple personal trainers but RK sir's training is the best of all. He is very patient and knows to work as per body type and medical conditions. He starts with very basic which is the best since there is no show off with equipment. He works slowly with you to build muscle strength first and then continues with intensive training. We worked together as a team during personal training and focused on training area wise which helped me tone a lot. I would recommend this to anyone, without a doubt best in Vizag.
