Two month ago I started exercising with Rakesh Rathod as my gym trainer. Not having exercised for a long period I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Rakesh Rathod I knew that he was the perfect coach for my weight loss program at home. He is a professional fitness coach yet good, patient and understanding fitness professional. He encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this weight loss program at home immediately. After two months, I am pleased with my fitness progress and feel assured that he continued weight loss training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal through the year.

I have serious medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in a physical fitness program at home. Rakesh Rathod was my personal trainer who visits my home to train me. My trainer Bharat has been very helpful. His commitment to getting me fitter and the way he motivates me is really impressive. Apart from the workouts, his knowledge of diet and appropriate rest is very good. Also, i like the way he changes workouts based on body requirements. It makes it quite fun rather than being monotonous.

I don't know why I waited so long to try yoga trainer at home. I really enjoyed Yoga session classes at home with Rakesh Rathod sir. He communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable. 100% recommendable yoga teacher!!
