Worst service...I have purchased groceries worth Rs. 7800/-.on 02.12.2023...they have send half grocery and approx 90 kg rice is still not delivered. I have called several time on store number but still no one is picking call...not bother to inform customer for delay...even no regret for same....
Good deals but services could be better, very conjusted and hot. No proper ventilation, but deals were good with 50 percent off on few products.
Staff needs training in customer service & also handling of fragile items like biscuits etc. At billing counter they need to be trained on handling fragile items, after reading barcode etc they just put packets without thought what will happen to biscuit like item's inside the pack.
