Water service is the worst one... Really fed up.. The worst service center ever..

One of the worst service center. During my service I have noticed that the cleaning they have done is just to show they have done something. Also it was March 27, I got into an accident in my Activa 6g. Because it was the nearest service center I took it to there. I haven't been into an accident before, so I have no idea what to do, so I just listened to what they said. They were so irresponsible to let me know the process. I just thought it will be same as the car's and after one week I call them to know if it is ready, and they said, it isn't, because i have to claim the insurance by going to the office of the insurance company and give them the quotation and register a claim. If they were responsible they should call me and inform me about these procedures. And I did that. After that I thought they will do the work as fast as they can. They did not, they just lag the process. Over and over again. At last they said it was ready, and I can come and take it. And when I did, I saw my scooter still in workshop. They said it's not ready i have to wait until the evening. I'm so done with this service center, and I'm not going to give my vehicle again to this for any kind of service.
