RJ Grand Resort - Resort hotel in Valavanthinadu - Namakkal, India

We stayed for 3 Nights as family. It is clean. Parking is available Food was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful. More indoor entertainment / recreation room can be added with additional games/ activities. Overall it was an excellent stay. Near to view point ~ 2.5 Kms

This resort is located in outskirts of kolli hills. This resort has best rooms and services. They have limited variety of food but they tastes so good. Major tourists attractions are quite away from this resort but it is worth to stay. Parking facility is available. I'll recommend this resort for family.

I recently had an absolutely fantastic stay at this resort! The accommodation was top-notch with clean, spacious rooms that had a cozy vibe. The resort had a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, perfect for relaxation. The food was beyond excellent, with a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that left me craving for more. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service. Overall, it was an amazing experience with an excellent stay, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for a wonderful retreat!

You have really nice cozy hotel at excellent location. But if you want to call it a "resort" lets improve on following. Feedback to improve. 1. Breakfast: You are only serving Idly/Dosa in breakfast. You like it, I like it but not everyone wants to have same thing. Have some options for tourist visiting from other part of country. Have some fruits/juices/breads if you can't add anything else for god shake. Kids did not ate anything. 2. Reception Staff : You're in hospitality industry and your receptionist saying "Sir do not use Hindi, only English or Tamil". I expect other staff like cleaners, cook or anyone to only use native language. But the receptionist should listen to a language used by most of the ppl in the country unless you don't want to host them. And even if they defer at least have some respect for other's language. 3.Parking : Tight parking space for 4-5 cars, after that its all one after another and if you park in front of someone, you will be called when other wants to take out their car. 4. Rooms are small and bed so close to window that you end-up hustling with curtain when you move. Don't justifies the price being charged.

Food and hospitality are good. Staff are very good and kind. Also you get timely food on order. Tariffs little high but it keep changes with respect to off season and week days. We need our own vehicle to reach and go around. Overall this resort is very good, pleasant for 1 or 2 days stay.

The rooms very small but neat. They didn't have a single chair. The bed doesn't have a backrest only tiles imagine how a person can lean on it during cold weather. My experience with service was horrible asked for peanut salad just gave peanut without frying and was soggy. Ordered ghee roast it was horrible so told them to take it back and bring another one that was super duper horrible. When asked they had the guts to say chef is not there only helper made the dosa. They pestered us to have dinner by 8pm as we wanted by 8:30 pm the moment we finished our dinner by 8 pm they switched off everything and they took there bed and went to the reception and switched. Off the lights. Met the owner in the morning and told everything to him hope he takes some action

Surprisingly well constructed and well furnished hotel in Kolli Hills despite it being a relatively less know hill station in Tamilnadu. Location of the resort is close to main road and yet its very quite and offers great views of the mountains and meadows/farms from its restaurant on 1st floor. Rooms are a bit small but neat and well furnished. Hot water geyser in the room worked fine. Water supply & electricity were always available. Hotel has paved parking for four wheelers and on site restaurant. Quality of the food was great (and cheap) and service was good. They also have a small pool (which we did not use) which seemed pretty clean. Overall this hotel is great value for money & I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

very nice for room and services family staying with ur comfortable rooms and child playing with out door game iam good then cooking is very proud for u so iam happy for this resort
