The Doctor is good, staff members are also responsible but the processes are poor. I felt lack of attention time to individual needs. Also, they are bit expensive than others. The nurses were very cooperative and kind. However, it appeared as if they are not properly paid.
I also felt difficulty during the discharge time. They admit the patient even when the doctor was not there but during discharge they claimed the presence of doctor is essential. He was gone out for some emergency operation somewhere else and we had to wait till he comes back. Unnecessary harrasment. There was a lack of transparency and efficiency. The manager or may be the compound doctor (other than the main doctor) told three to four times to book the deluxe room. I felt such marketing should be avoided. We also know about rooms and charges and will choose if we have budget. I hope they improve and streamline processes.
