I previously had a good experience to book tickets with Riya so I went after 5 years to book tickets for my parents. They want to travel to Canada. We could see the fares at Rs 110K with two bags on google with multiple options, the employee Mr. Maulik Shah is showing me just one option for 160K with a single baggage, for a multiple range of dates to choose from. When I showed him the difference he said that he is not supposed to book from google but from his database. Didnot bother looking into or understanding the differences in fares at all. He eventually told me to self book from google if I am getting such a deal ! Really disappointing and carefree behaviour from an employee !

Overall good service....if you looking for cheaper and good service then will recommend it. Lil bit improvement needed in communication. However thanks Pushpak for your patience and help.
