This place is good for a family of more than 6 members. Has 2 joint rooms with attached bathrooms one with western and one with indian style. Has both AC and non AC rooms and has staff for picking up of luggage. Overall a decent place to stay and locality is calm

Stayed for one night, check out was 8:pm due to Dharshan crowd we were late 3 hrs , we had multiple senior citizens age around 87-89 , owner is careless for the family issue has charged one night extra imaging he has taj hotel with ridiculous infrastructure and I met a worst business men on phone arguing for 1000 rs saying reason just even 1 sec guest need to pay next night charges. He Says doing business from 8 years not had understanding capabilities to think of a situation were guest faced . we arrived at 11 pm , gave commitment of Rs 500 more for each flat , total of 5000 to check out at 8 pm ,just for 3 hours 1000 more does not seems to reasonable when we inform prior that we will be late on multiple calls but they just took one call in reference that i spoke before that had not faced delay future, I think for 3 hrs is not big deal to bear many 3 start and 5 star hotels manage this things But today money has changed world . Better opt for other near by property on Google map search ( hospitality has no meaning here )

Basically, service apartment flats. Very spacious flats, with only two on each floor. Two rooms in each flat with beds to accommodate two people each. One bed in the hall outside and a cot. There's a TV as well. This place is also well connected to various nearby temples, and the Tirumala hill nearby. Rooms are extremely clean.

Nice place to stay for a short period. Every portion has two bedroom with a /c and each one can be locked outside. As you enter from the main door you have a room with a cot & TV. Ideal for a small family of five or six people to stay.

Terrific place to stay. Near the foothills of tirumala hills, this place is nearest to all important places like darshan counter, bus depots etc. Coming to the guest house itself, its a very comfortable service appartment with AC rooms and all necessary amenities. Staff are very cordial and helpful at reasonable rates.

I stayed at the hotel for about 4 days... Everything there is reasonably priced.. only issue being that of the 2 bedrooms .. only 1 has basin and Western toilet... The other room doesn't have these 2 things

Excellent stay.. But we need to be careful with staff as they are not professional.. But good.. Plz check your room first for all things to be right with hotel staff presence
