Warning - Avoid This Hotel! Dear all, I wanted to share a terrible experience I had at a hotel on September 22nd. I booked a two-day stay, but during this time, they didn't clean the room, were incredibly rude at the reception, and charged me for services I never received, as well as additional food expenses. Please steer clear of this hotel!

Food quality has been compromised day by day. The supe what I ordered was good.

According to room tariff room is not perfect. Food is not bad but little expensive as compared to taste. Service is not good. Hotel location is good and hotel management need to improve its overall quality.

Good place but no safety parking place

Very poor service. Rooms are also not good.

Rooms need to be repaired urgently and many a things need to be replaced. Stinky and old blankets. (Kambal) Rock solid mattress. Poor Service (except food delivery) I left my own blanket, which the House Keeping refused that they have received. As per tariff, rooms and services need to be improved.

I went with a colleague yesterday and the atmosphere there, was quite cozy and well fit. The staffs were polite and well mannered. We ordered 'Nargisi koftas, Chicken kadhai, masala Kulchas, Aaloo dum and fruit custard with ice - cream' and boy! It was toothsome . They sure know how to make their diner happy and full. The quantity of the food was great but we couldn't finish half of our plate and told the staff to pack the leftovers, instead of the half eaten masala Kulcha, he gave us the whole one . Too good a service
