I am impressed with the service, the manager and the facility itself. Rooms clean, hot water, wifi. A beautiful garden where you can spend the evening or drink your morning coffee. I spent a few days here due to an injury. the manager helped me get to the hospital and go through the whole medical procedure. everything went smoothly and to the point. The wishes of the customer are fulfilled as far as possible. Kitchen adapted to the customer's needs. I was allowed to use the washing machine. I was able to leave my luggage for a few days. This Residency looks like just born! That too born with a Golden spoon! Everything here looks fresh and just made.... Professionally maintained. Manager is Enthusiastic and very energetic...He has a clear Vision of Hotel Management. The staff is courteous. Room is well ventilated, spacious and clean. 24 hours hot water facility. Location is excellent... Mountain view balcony.... Very close to City and airport

Our time at the Riwang Residency in Leh was exceptional. We spent three nights and four days here. The mountains and plants are lovely to look at. If there are no clouds, one may even observe the stars at night. We loved staying here because of the lovely atmosphere and the rooms. Particularly Jeevan Kumar, Inderjeet, and Nikhil Chambial, who attended to all of our needs, including providing Jain food and other requirements, were kind members of the staff. On our request, they even gave us their portable speaker. When we arrived, a white shawl was used to welcome us. The hotel's surrounding vegetation and flowers made for the ideal photo backdrop. The hotel and our stay were fantastic overall.

Had a great stay in the luxury hotel. Met the owner he is the humble person with pretty smiling face. The staff is very courteous and Co operative too. Food is also best. Beautiful place with good location. Highly recommended place to experience and explore Leh #Riwang# Wish all the best to Mr Pong and his team.

Recently my wife and sons stayed in riwang residency...due to altitude my son got sick and needed medical attention..the owner and the entire staff went out of their way and helped my family as one of their family members...will always appreciate the polite and big hearted nature people of leh have ...great food made from their own kitchen garden vegetables and cooperation deserve a full 5 star rating from my family. Extremely Neat and Clean rooms. Great hospitality given by Mr. Sanjay Ji (the hotel manager) and Mr. Pong (the owner). They make you feel very comfortable.

Friendly hotel owner and staff ,good food ,nice rooms with great view ,would highly recommend all the people for this place
