Visited this place for lunch .Interior is very good,however the food was not so good and service is also very slow even there was not so rush. We ordered tandoori chicken, veg fried rice and malai tikka.. Tandoori chicken was not upto the mark.. However, upon complaining the waiter we told him we want to talk to you manager but they don't bother to tell her about our complaint...he said no tandoori chicken aisa he hota hai..but tandoori chicken was not fresh at all..They only focus on their special menu (combo platter)...and attend some customers personally....Very unpleasant experience....They need to enhance the taste and quality of food....will not recommend this place.

The overall experience was disappointing. The food taste fell short of expectations, hygiene was a concern, and the service was slow. The lack of professionalism was evident. On the bright side, I did appreciate the theme. Overall, the experience fell short in terms of food quality and taste , cleanliness, and efficiency, but the ambiance was enjoyable.

The ambience of this place is one of the best in town. However the food of this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Most of the items on the menu are unavailable. We ordered korma and the mutton was undercooked and raw. The handi chicken was super average, even the lid of the handi was chipped. Go there just to take some pictures for the gram and that's it. Do not waste ur money on food there

Do NOT a waste your time and money at this place. They do not deserve to be in business. We were a large group, back from a trek, and looking forward to a nice meal in Srinagar. This place was recommended to us by a local. But it turned out to be a disaster. Their menu is confusing, and although they claim to be a Mediterranean restaurant, they also offer a variety of Indian dishes. We ordered their trout platter (a fancy name for a main course with some sides on a plate). The food took forever to come, their staff was untrained and forgot to bring our drinks. The portions were small and the trout was terrible. Two of our group didn't get their meal despite repeated reminders, and assurances by the staff that food was on its way. We finally walked out without getting part of our order. They brought out the final dish just as we were leaving and insisted on charging us for it.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant due to the excessive time delays. From the moment we placed our order, it felt like an eternity before our food arrived. We waited for over an hour. The lack of communication from the staff about the delay only added to our frustration. It's safe to say that I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. Cook needs to be trained.

It was my ist visit there and i think it was Not a good option to go there They dont have parking space They have some space But they denied for parking I almost Visited many Restaurants in Srinagar city But It was not Upto mark The food was Not good i ordered Arab cuisine it was cold like it has been served from refrigerator the Lemon mojito was like cough syrup it has soo many mint leaves there They didn't Bother to guide us Regarding their specialities Service was too bad Only 1 person was servings the whole Restaurant And place was too much hot inside Only 1 AC was there and itz not possible to cool down That much area eith only 1 ac Steward have don't knowledge about the menu In short It was my bad experience to go there

Owner was very polite and gentle. The dishes were great and have the royal feel in it

an amazing cafe with aesthetic looks, delicious food and a soothing vibe. Highly recommend
