Riverine Springs - Resort hotel in Poomala, Thekkumkara - Thrissur, India

Awesome place, nice ambience and friendly staff. Had a really good time while staying at this resort. The properties in the resorts are neat and tidy. It has a small and beautiful pool to enjoy with friends or family. A nature friendly resort. Would highly recommend this resort.

Will never recommend to anybody. Waste of money, time and energy. Please refrain from booking this stay. We have stayed in many resorts/villas but this was very unfortunate . It was a bridal shower we planned but the stay here ruined it for us. The toilets were very badly maintained and had to deal with bed bugs also. Rats on the roof were complementary. Some of us couldn't deal with the dust problems in the room. Safety is the first priority for everyone and this place had zero guarantee for security. Upon complaining about this to the staff and the owner lady and they surprisingly argued with the 10 of us and claimed we are the first ones to complain about this place. Expected atleast the decency to apologise /accept their miserable hospitality. The review section in google also look corrupted.

My stay at the riverine resort was absolutely fantastic! The attention to details and service were exceptional. The cottages were incredibly comfortable and stylish, offering stunning views. I enjoyed the resort's pool and other premium class amenities, and the dining option was outstanding i highly recommended this resort for a tremendous and unforgettable stay .

We had the worst experience at this stay. The maintenance, cleanliness, hospitality and location was too bad. There were bed bugs , ants on bed , spiders and rats in both the villa we stayed. The bathrooms were dirty and not at all useable. We tried to convey this to the staff and the owner in the morning but the lady (owner) managing the venue was too rude and not accepting any of this. She also claimed they have never recieved a netive review before. Which is clearly not true from this review section. Totally unsatisfying experience and ruined our whole day.

We had a delightful experience at Riverine Springs Resort Poomala during this November 23rd and 24th. Friendly staff and managers. Excellent ambience and keeps cleanliness in the room and surroundings. We had a very good Stay.

Rooms weren't maintained. Broken shower in both tent rooms Service was alright but pool wasn't clean NO WIFI NO CCTV- IF ANYTHING GOES STOLEN RESIDENCE ARE RESPONSIBLE ROOMS DIDN'TOCK PROPERLY Location was good

They are charging Rs.6600 for pool villa for two people , for extra bed you have to pay more. And at this price you won't even get breakfast. Choose this place if you don't have any other option. Even 5star properties doesn't charge this much. We had to pay 15k for 6people for two pool villa. We ll never go there again.

A place with a cool view. Rooms are very clean. There is a small pool to enjoy with friends. Chepara & Poomala Dam view points to visit are within 5km.Service could have been a little better.
