The doctors are nice and so is the hospital. The same can't be said about the staff, the receptionist (who apparently has time only for scrolling through her instagram feed and collecting money!), offers little to no assistance wrt. scheduling, waiting room etiquette etc. Even if you're waiting for a scheduled appointment or vaccination, the situation can get stressful (for you and your pet) as you may have to wait for hours.

Great service, good care and treatment to my pet cat. Doctor is super professional. They really seems to care and give importance to pets. The doctor takes his time answering any questions and never makes you feel rushed. We are so glad to have found a vet close by that is so wonderful.

It's very rare to have a private vet clinic near you which is managed very well. They are a friendly good team who reasonably good care for your pets and a normal cost. Spaying and all which otherwise would have been a massive headache to organise is done here very wasily.
