River Winds resort - Resort hotel in Kamba, Mumbai - Thane, India

I am actually looking if I can give star below 1, third class and waste of money. I would suggest people not to go this place. I have never seen worst resort and bad quality food in any hotel. I would like to suggest people before booking any event please see their restaurant it's wyak. Staff is always chewing tobacco and ghutka, very dirty. Kitchen is connected to toilets. So that smells always wounding in kitchen too. Worst staff facility, always starring on girls and commenting. Specially restaurant manager who is very rude at point when we ordered lime soda at 12 am, he directly refused us and asked go outside and have it we are closed.

It was a nice experience on my visit as there were very few bookings that day. The location is very close to Shahad railway station you can take an auto for 20rs per person sharing. The pool is not that deep (around 5ft) . The dormitory room is good but one AC was not working and the lighting in the room is very dim. *They don't allow outside food and drinks in the resort* The food was tasty ( Unlimited buffet)

The resort is located at peaceful location despite being so close to the city. Service is good and the food is awesome. Full marks to the food. The rooms are also clean. Overall, it's a good choice for people looking to spend weekend along with friends.

We had booked the resort for our destination wedding and hands down I can tell you it could not have been any better! I found this the most convenient option in and around Kalyan- Thane area. Its a huge property with 3-4 outdoor space options to conduct events based on audience size, theme,occasion,budget etc.The staff is very friendly, supportive and works round the clock on the days of event. They are flexible and always available to help out. The swimming pool is maintained pretty well.Rooms are decent as well, with a few of them nearing their renovation time. Ours was a 2-day event, consisting of 5 functions in total and each of them were executed as per the plan- had a smooth experience there. The event planning team did a great job with the special entries, music and other arrangements. Thanks to Manish! The food served is good and there are a lot of options to pick and choose from basis your pallette. They take good care of cleanliness and hygiene. I had a great experience working with Nicky Sir from day 1. He is very reliable and always lends ear to all your queries and makes sure he address them to your satisfaction.Overall, I would recommend the place, especially for family gatherings, weddings, etc. Don't think, go for it, thank me later!

Very good stay for a short trip. The rooms are well maintained. Bathroom is very clean and well designed. A good space for back exit with a verandah. The swimming pool seems great. Totally loved the food. Very generous management and disciplined and polite staff who completely catered to our needs. We even got a free car wash on request. Great experience overall! Would surely recommend this resort.

I went to see location for wedding. Area is good. It is located just behind river and has beautiful view . They have place for wedding ceremonies and has pool too. You can book resort for 1 day to enjoy too.
