The food is awesome in this place. It is a place for genuine local cuisine very special to that area of Assam.
Among some big names, Taksim is a very nicely build restaurant / lounge what ever you call it . They have a outdoor seating /smoking area. Talking about the staff they were polite and friendly, suggested some of they delicious delicacy , that we ordered too and it was yummy indeed
Lets just focus in main thing food, we tried quite a few different things, starting with,
Chili basil chicken i must say it was perfectly cooked, you could taste both chilli and basil in it, a perfect blend of both flavors. (hungry Column approved) "
The meal i had Last time was not upto the mark as before. They just bring some piece of pork from boiled recipe and fried it and gives a name as smoke pork dry fry whereas there wasn't a piece of smoked pork.. not satisfied
Taste is fantastic, atmosphere & resturant is clean but the price is little bit expensive
No drink is not allowed here,this month i visited there two times both times i saw the whole stuff are resting customers chair/table its disappointed me and ask for pork fry only pork curry available and ordered veg thali/tupula bhat theres many items but test is average...
Tried smoked pork here, skin of pork was too tight. I was not able to chew. Prices are too high.

Great taste, but takes time to prepare your food. So relax some time.
Nice experience with ethnic food. Owner tries to keep a village vibe using some traditional bamboo items. Even mini bamboo cottages are made inside it. Foods are traditional with reasonable rate. Atmosphere is nice. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained.
This place is very special 4 me bcz whn i n my love use to meet each other we use 2 go D'kitchen. We r there regular customer since Jan2018 & frm last yr m celebrating his bday there n there staff r so helpful to me thy hlp me a lot their behaviour.
