Peaceful place to relax nd listen to water. The waves speaks to whom will listen to it
Great place by the river Nethravati for various public gatherings. This open air space can easily hold up to 1500 guests. Final approach road is narrow and needs to be asphalted or concretised. Not sure whether the present parking space is owned by the current owners. The washroom is narrow and insufficient for a large crowd. Exiting the venue is a pain as you have to travel around 3 kms to take a U turn and return on the highway back to the city.
Amazing venue.. River nethravathi is right next to river dale. The whole set up is beautiful, spacious and tailor made for any kind of events

If you are looking for a spacious open space for a function then this is the place. You can have team building activity or have a celebration functions here. Next to River, this property has a spacious parking lot and spacious property with coconut trees. This gives a Mangalorean feeling.

They have outdoor wedding setup. Good ambience and enough space for a good party. They have a small covered portion where food can be served. Another portion was used for serving alcohol. Not a good idea if its raining. Also the location is bit far away from city. Transport will be difficult if looking for cabs late night. The location if good as its waterside. Stage can be decorated and can be catchy in photos
Lovely and peaceful venue for banquets and receptions. Very good ambiance and river backdrop. Huge are with ample parking space available. There is lot of scope for further development of infrastructure and facilities. Food served by caterers is not that great as it's organized by the party books the venue.
