I have been training under Saikat for the last one month. My experience has been great. He has been able to help me overcome all my issues and challenges in less than a month. Overall the gym is an exceptional facility at a very affordable budget.
Very professional and well equipped gym. The best in the area. Very spacious and located ideally on the terrace with large open area for outdoor workouts. Saikat Das as a trainer is wonderful and knows how to manage both weight loss and strength training!
This is one of the best Gyms in Kolkata.Especially the Trainers -Raj and Saikat are very helpful. They are very cordial and their behaviour is very professional.The training model is very unique and customised.I advice everyone to join this for fast and progressive results.
