Since it's opening in 2021 i had been regular there & indeed it is a great experience for workout. The floor, equipments & trainers are off good graded. Overall a good ambience with some great workout learning experience. Make the week off on sunday instead of monday it is my only opinion.

Very well-equipped and well-maintained gym. The trainers are extremely qualified and simultaneously professional as well as friendly. I have been training for over a year under Dip Sunder Roy and have found good results under his guidance. Strongly recommend.

Rival Fitness studio is a great gym , lots of equipment here for different exercises, the trainers are very good and friendly, I take personal lessons from Dip Da (Dip Sunder Roy) .He is a great person with great physique, he always directs and helps me with my training and stays with me until I finish my Sets . With his guidance, I am and will attain a great physique because I believe in him . Coming here to get fitter is enjoyable but with Dip Da it becomes exciting as 15 reps suddenly become 50 and 5 kg becomes 15 kg.

He has helped lose inches of fat and kilos of weight, and with his diet I have improved a lot . Without Dip Da, such fast improvement is next to impossible. His rigorous exercise training and training plan is worth noting , praising and tiring.

I've been working out at Rival Fitness Behala for a couple of months now. Totally love the experience and the vibe of the place. Fully equipped and experienced trainers to help out whenever required. I have hugely benefited from the personal training sessions from Dipsunder Roy. He's very motivating and guides me thoroughly in my weight loss journey and to achieve my overall fitness goals.

Amazing place to work out,with great equipments and even better trainers who have helped me grow throughout. I've trained under various trainers,but the one who stood out was Dipsundar Roy,who has always been of tremendous help and support throughout my 8 months of experience here!!

Me and daughter have joined two months back. And Dipsundor Roy , he is a trainer for us and we are very much satisfied for his training. Apart from traning he is a good human being also.
