Riva Residency - Hotel in Palakkad - Palakkad, India

stay is good... situated in the heart of the city. Early check was given by the staff of the hotel. Rooms are bit small, rest all is good. Restaurant is not attached, we have nearby indian coffee house where we get breakfast.

Rooms are decent. Wash room is clean and spacious. Accessibility of the hotel is good. The breakfast menu need to improve definitely, as it has only two options with the same side dish..(Puttu and chapati with chana masala in my case). TV is small in size, can be better if befitting the room size.

Rooms are good. No issues with air condition. Polite staff. Breakfast buffet is good and reasonable 4 items + bread butter + lime juice. Best part is i checked in at 3 pm and they allowed me 24 hr checked out

This hotel is situated in the city. But nice and calm one. There is no parking place,not even for bikes. The hotel and premises are good and calm. The room rates are okay. Problems - Pipes are leaking, Hot water is available only for a limited time (6 to 8 am only). If you want to have a hot bath in the evening, it's only in dreams, The exhaust fan in the toilet is not working so you have to suffer Your Own wastes smell. This hotel is couple friendly. And some time the corridor is full of cigarette smoke.

Rooms are ok on this budgeted rate. One of the washrooms were leaking, so we asked them to give us another room. That room also the toilet seat was not clean and the shower was leaking. But we adjusted with that. This was at Room No 411. TV also was having complaint in this room. During the second day morning, the toilet flush in our second room was not working. That was at Room No 406. Another issue was with the Parking Facility. We had to Park across the road behind a Petrol Station. The staffs were good. Rooms were good though apart from the Washroom Issues.

A budget friendly hotel being this clean and tidy is something that I never expected.Bigger rooms, commendable amenities, washroom all was good except for the escalator. Because the lift was not functioning on to the ground floor.

our stay at Riva Residency was good. rooms are clean and neatly kept. Nothing to complain. We had to climb one floor to reach the reception. I am sure they will have some arrangements when elderly people come. for us it is a good value for money hotel.

Stay at hotel was good.Rooms and bathroom neat and clean and well-maintained and reasonable and a decent place.Just one request due to lesser staff may be or some other reason drinking water facility not available we will have to get from out not a big issue though.Overall experience was good.
