went for a family gathering.... had some nice vegetarian fare with good & prompt service... overall, had a comfortable & enjoyable experience giving 4* star, coz there is scope for futher improvement

It has been a hallmark joint of Lucknow. The food is very tasty & yummy. We wish it to regain its glory. Suggestion... Better service and attention to customer & upgradation of cutlery needed. Ambience needs improvement. Had Lunch with friends on Sunday. Had a good time with minor hiccups as stated above. Have a look at some pics making it a preferred joint for families.

Food was not good .will recommended to change chef if possible.

The Sweet quality is good, I prefer taking from here. Last week I bought Ritz special aata bread, well within expiry limit. Next day morning was surprised to see fungus all over bread. Utterly disappointed. I complained and got another one though.

My family and I came here for dinner. As we visited on a weeknight, the place was more or less empty. There was only one other family seated for dinner so service was relatively quick. For a vegetarian only restaurant, I really enjoyed the food, and I say this as a non-vegetarian enthusiast. All the dishes we had were very good and bursting with flavor. I don't particularly enjoy locations where spices are overdone, thankfully no such complaints here. Prices are reasonable, about what you'd expect.

A fine dine place with ample space to sit. The service of the place is slow and the food is not worth the money. We ordered many things and the quantity of the food was good but the taste was average. And they take too much time to serve. We tried veg noodles, chilli mushrooms, dancing chicken, fresh lime soda sweet and salty, cappuccino. All I liked was chilli mushroom. The lime soda was all spite with a slice of lemon on it. We visited here on the weekday.

This place doesn't need a proper introduction, years and years of expertise in the food and catering industry has evolved this place as to what we are seeing now. It has both restaurant and a sweet shop. Food quality and quantity is quite good, near and tidy furnishings simply add a little more value to your experience. The sweets available here too are just handsome to try out. Obviously, the pricing factor hasn't compromised the quality, so be ready to pay some good amount for the flavours that satisfy your taste buds. Only one thing is quite problematic here , that is to find a good parking spot. If available then you are lucky but very often this isn't the situation. Please don't leave your vehicle just by roadside here as the traffic police very often scouts the area for hiphazard parking and takes out the challan.

Holi is incomplete Without Gujiya's.. Ritz continental introduce more than 10+ varieties of Gujiya's in Holi ... My fav was Rose Gujiya Pistachio Gujiya They also have 100+ varieties of sweets..Along with Customized gift hampers for your choice .... . Highly recommended place for sweets lover..
