Absolutely loved my experience. The haircut was exactly what I wanted, and the stylist's expertise was evident. The staff was incredibly polite and the salon was impeccably clean. I was impressed by the speed without compromising on quality. Their humble demeanor made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
As much as I absolutely loved the staff and Ritu ji, the colour I asked for and was told would be possible is poles apart from what I got. It just looks like they didn't have time to colour my hair so they just bleached it and left it at that thinking I'd not notice. They were all in a hurry and I was told they'd get it fixed later if I was still not satisfied after a few washes. Its been a month, I've tried contacting you guys through chat but haven't received any response and I look like a clown. This wasn't worth 6000! I really had high hopes. You guys didn't even colour my hair. It looks like bleach. What colour looks yellow? I'm so hurt and disappointed. My virgin hair had so much potential. You are all very nice, welcoming people but the colour is not even 20 shades close to what I had asked for. See the difference.

Awesome service. Literally enjoyed perect clean up at very reasonable rate. Staff is polite and had good understanding of skin type and products, ambience was lavish and aroma was pleasant which added extra flavour to the experience. Giving 4stars coz yet to explore other services of the parlor.
