My Friend and I had a great experience while staying at Ritu Regency. 1.I was absolutely amazed at first when I saw the property and by view from there. 2.The hotel staff were very polite and humble too. 3.The hotel and my room were neatly clean. 4.The food provided was average. If I do have a chance to visit and stay there, I will definitely stay there again.
Great location, really nice and clean rooms, but it's the staff that makes this such a great place to stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. A first-rate luxury hotel that met or exceeded our expectations for service, amenities, and overall quality while remaining genuinely friendly, warm, and welcoming. The food is delicious. We had a great time during our stay.
Very nice property ! Well behaved staff. Food was average though. Everything is else was worth spending your buck at this hotel. Special thanks to operational manager Mr Ravinder who made sure that our stay was pleasant and memorable. A must recommended hotel !
It's our second day here and we have quite enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean and the service was top notch. Ravindra the hotel manager has been very kind and made sure we are very comfortable. Plus the food was very tasty.

It was nice and the members of the hotel treated us nicely. We even asked them for the new arrangements to be made they provide us in a great way... We enjoyed a lot at the hotel... it was a good stat.
This review is not written by any ill feeling towards hotel or management. I just want my fellow travelers to be aware of this place. Pros- 1.Rooms - Average , view from room is average 2. Geyser was working Cons - 1. Fake promises by hotel manager about the quality of food, number of food items to be served in dinner and breakfast buffet.... total lies. This person had a very sweet tone of voice and smiling face. So beware !!! 2. Food terrible - it was stale infact(which can make u sick). And charged highly for that. I refused to eat it and survived on plane water for the night , as there's nothing else in that area. Or just pay 800 to their cab to go to nearest cafe to have maggi 3. Service slow - not a single bottles water was provided. On repeatedly asking got 2 small 200 ml bottles. 4. Noone was there at reception in night, getting drinking water becomes difficult. 5. No toiletries in washroom, not even towels provided. 6. Bed was smaller in length, but manageable. 7. The hotel is about 2 km away from the main city area / bus stop/cafe /eateries/ shopping area. 8. U will have to pay Rs. 800 for their cab service (Alto) if u need a drop off there. It's like extortion as no other means of travel is there in that area. *********---------------********** At the time of billing however after I mentioned all these problems, the owners son stepped in. He told it's a newly opened hotel, so things are not in order yet, offered some discount,so got some off on the food bill. No concession on the overcharged cab rides or poor room service. we got lured by the positive google reviews ....but it turns out to be something else...... BAD experience ****----**** If hotel management is reading this- I request you to understand what is it to be in hospitality business...u give good service and charge appropriately for that. All good and famous hotels do the same ... There's no shortcut to mint money. Be honest to ur word, be careful about what u promise. Or you'll be just another scammer in a tourist place.
A newly buit property, location of the hotel was average but everything else was superb including the rooms mountain view from the rooms , cleanliness. Hotel staff was courteous and super attentive. food was good too......overall good stay....
