I've experienced my fair share of yoga classes, but my most recent session with Vineesh sir was truly exceptional. At his yoga center, personal attention is key, and I could tell from the moment we started that all of us in the room were going to receive the attention we needed to deepen our practice. I was especially impressed by his careful instructions and thoughtful corrections, which allowed me to approach some of the trickier poses with greater ease and confidence. Even better, the yoga center is impeccably clean and has a soothing atmosphere that allowed me to feel completely at ease.

One who wish to enhance health and mindset must try to do yoga with Guruji Vineeshji. He has marvellous knowledge and experience in yoga..you can definitely improve strength, balance and also get better sleep..

Yoga with Vineeshji has been a true learning experience of what yoga is all about and what is the extent of its benefits to a human being. I learnt the correct way of doing and practising every asana with as much precision as possible as there is undivided individual attention given to each student in their learning . The sessions are a mix of pranayama, asanas ( in standing , sitting and sleeping postures) based on the need of every student .
