It is a advanced course so the training is little bit hard but I learned a lot from here. Each and every teacher is very experienced and well versed in their subjects... The food , location, class and the people everything was just amazing... Location is very beautiful, the food is very tasty... The philosophy and the asana teachers are very good and friendly. Excellent course! I really enjoyed the 200-Hour Multi Style Online Yoga Teacher Training. The Philosophy and Asana teachers were great, very experienced and always willing to teach us and give us feedback and support. There was constant support from the school as well.
