Rishika Banquet & Guest House - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

My stay at Rishika banquet & Guest House was very comfortable. The workers was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delivered to the room based on request. The place is so clean and housekeeping is done anytime upon request. This time my trip here was on business, so next trip even on leisure I would recommend to anyone. For family with children is also safe place because they keep the door close for safety purposes. I would give them 4 star.

As I went on office assignment, the stay had helped me exceptionally well. Room was clean and quite specious. Its just on Jessore Road and very convenient to reach Airport. Nearby both Star Mall and old local market is available. Also Narayana Hospital, otherwise, for any emergency during visit. Both Hotel Manager and staffs are well behaved. Thanks.

It's a good banquet and guest house, breakfast will be served morning, but there is no kitchen at the venue, have to order food through zomato Or swiggy, it's near max mall, hotel management is friendly and cooperative.

I had a great stay for a few days there. Every corner is clean, the service is promt, and I felt safe staying there solo. The price is just reasonable, there are shops and necessities nearby just down the road. Also the banquet hall looks quite nice for family parties and events!

Location is good. But Banquet's floor area is very small. It is a G+3 Hall, but floor area in each floor is very small. Not enough to accommodate 200 guests. Be careful before booking for any ceremony.

Good place to stay near Narayana Barasat. Good for family as well. Very helpful, cooperative and well behaved staffs.

I stayed there in the month of May,2022. I had a pleasant experience. Management was very friendly, also the staffs. There are one kind of homely atmosphere. Yes, elevator is there for your ease. You can safely stay here with your family.

In response to your review regarding Moon Dutta's post. None of it happened the way you're claiming. In fact, at the time of booking which took place basically on WhatsApp, none of this was ever mentioned to us. The wifi thingy was hidden from customer in the first place. I reached out through chat asking if there's wifi and there was no response but immediate responses came through when it was something about making advance payments and stuff. Next, I called to ask about wifi to which I was clearly told "it's getting fixed 1-2 days er moddhe hoye jabe " and this same response was received once we had checked in on the first day. We were told the same thing time and again that wifi is going to be up there within few days which was utterly false communication delivered continuously. This was the real conversation that took place and nothing like the way you're claiming. And yea we had to use the banquet wifi to do some work that we couldn't delay but that was only because you guys had failed to deliver what you promised. There's no privacy when it comes to using wifi there. You should have been very clear in the very beginning and not linger around with something like this because we did trust you as guests and this was unacceptable. Next, the breakfast part! Well you're claiming we were in a hurry? So if your so called staffs have no time sense and it's almost past 10 in the morning, are you saying we should still have kept waiting for your staff to get breakfast to us because we were in hurry after 10 in the morning?! There has also been no sense of cleanliness with the food that we received here and I'm sure you're aware of it. It's a nightmare when you go up and see the kitchen! Definitely that's not how the management should work. If you're asking for advance payments and stuff every time, make sure you're doing your part too.
