If you can ignore the reception staff and their (unprofessional-unpleasant) behavior, the hospital is good. Dr Gaurav is a well experienced Pulmonologist at the hospital.
Doctors are well experienced and very good in their work but front desk staff and receptionist are very unprofessional. Don't have any professionalism to deal with patients. Girl in the front was combing her hairs in the reception in front of all the patients. I think Hospital staff also needs to be professional and they must need to know the way to talk to patients with respect and smile.
hospital is overall good all the doctors specially dr gaurav and dr vaibhav both are highly experienced they listen to the concern very carefuly every single thing,staff is also good they co-operate with patients as per their convenience i would love to say that hospital should be equipped with more experienced staff as yamuna nagar is counted as backward area in terms of healthcare very less certified staffs are present here, one down thing about hospital is there are two guys those who think this hospital is owned by them only they dont even know how to treat the patients they dont even have fine character as i observed the guy in xray department and in OPD ...hope to see yamuna nagar growing well in future. kuddos to rishi ram hospital
Doctor gaurav aggarwal is highly educated and wise. Among the top few pulmonologists in city. Hospital should add ct scan and mri facility also. Yamuna nagar has less facilities of complete radiology inside hospitals. Plus hospital should add expert bronchoscopists so that patient has not to go here and there.
