Had a great travel experience with Rishabh Travel, Mr. Sourabh stays a bit too busy (because he manages a lot of stuff), but he was polite and professional throughout our interaction in our private bus booking to Meerut for my wedding. The travel was stress free and the new Bharat Benz bus was really comfortable. Also lost one charging cable in bus which I was able to get from them after 2 days of travel. Would definitely recommend.

I am utterly disappointed with the bus travel service provided by Rishabh Travels. My recent journey with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from enduring such unprofessionalism. From the very beginning, things went downhill. The bus was delayed without any prior notice. The most infuriating incident occurred at the pick-up point. Despite arriving a whole hour early at Udaipole (exact location as mentioned in ticket for pick-up), the driver supposed to pick up from Udaipole did not bother to wait and left us stranded. We had to hire a separate vehicle to catch the pick-up bus and had to pay them separately and not to forget the panic that came with chance of missing the bus. When I complained about it to the offices of Rishabh Travels near townhall Udaipur and the bus drivers they simply disregarded it and kept criticising me saying it was my mistake that I did not catch the bus on time and lied about waiting for me. This kind of incompetence and lack of consideration is absolutely unacceptable. In all honesty, my experience with Rishabh Tavels was beyond horrendous. I had hoped for a reliable and professional service, but what I got was a distressing ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Deepika

I had booked Ticket with PNR number 285283095 (Ticket number 404) dated 07 May 2023 over the call for one double lower sleeper for Udaipur to Bikaner at RK Circle, Udaipur office but at bus they had provided upper Sleeper saying your ticket is booked for upper sleeper only. No use of any argue. They had already booked that seat for another passenger . Be aware ... worst experience

Gatiya bus service from udaipur to haridwar cheapest Hotel halting on the way Only they Stopped at Local Dhaba type restaurant.i suggest kindly take train or Nandu Travel which is best from Rishabh. Also this fully loaded as photos

I have picked the drop point in Bhilwara Hotel Landmark. But the bus never entered Bhilwara and it dropped me in the outskirts that was atleast half an hour away from the drop location that too at the middle of the night around 1:30 am I was traveling with my wife. This time of night is very dangerous with a woman. You should take immediate action against the bus company. I even booked for Rishabh travels but it provided me with other bus company whose destination is not there of Bhilwara, what an utter mismanage by the company. Please look into the matter and provide me with the solution. I talked to them they said they will just ask and won't take any action. I think they do this with everyone.

I had booked two tickets for our client. It was worst experience of my life. all the messages of contact no.'s bus details were received when the client is at pickup point. wrong information of pickup point was given in ticket but actual point was different. You provided lots of contact no. but no one is ready to response or worked. behaviour of the bus helper and driver is very rude. Your company is big but your service is cheap class. no one politely helps on phone. misbehaviour always there. I don't recommend this anyone

Total waste of money, we had booked ticket for direct hardiwar but in between journey he told that route will include pushkar and took 200rs more( of 2 people) , and during journey driver was going against govt. Rules which were later being trashed by the presence of state government police and last but not least we got a total of 3 hrs late on our whole journey departure + return due some other passengers but it was driver's responsibility to took us time and aware those passengers which created a issue between passengers because everyone doesn't have lot of free time for wasting on other people that concludes that we had our waste of time too with the money . Bad experience not eligible for even 1 star too never recommended !

Bus condition is really good, good suspension as compared to other bus but the worst part is the bus driver continuous stop the bus to take local passenger and filled full cabin with passenger bcouz of that bus is getting delayed by 2-3 hrs other passengers suffer who had booked ticket at high price please take action
