Rishabh Travels - Bus ticket agency in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

I am utterly disappointed with the bus travel service provided by Rishabh Travels. My recent journey with them was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from enduring such unprofessionalism. From the very beginning, things went downhill. The bus was delayed without any prior notice. The most infuriating incident occurred at the pick-up point. Despite arriving a whole hour early at Udaipole (exact location as mentioned in ticket for pick-up), the driver supposed to pick up from Udaipole did not bother to wait and left us stranded. We had to hire a separate vehicle to catch the pick-up bus and had to pay them separately and not to forget the panic that came with chance of missing the bus. When I complained about it to the offices of Rishabh Travels near townhall Udaipur and the bus drivers they simply disregarded it and kept criticising me saying it was my mistake that I did not catch the bus on time and lied about waiting for me. This kind of incompetence and lack of consideration is absolutely unacceptable. In all honesty, my experience with Rishabh Travels was beyond horrendous. I had hoped for a reliable and professional service, but what I got was a distressing ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Deepika

My bus was rishabh from Udaipur to jaipur and as soon as I entered it is the ajayraj not rishab. The bus is smelling, seats are not clean. It was stated a bharat benz primo bus but they have made me sit in a low quality bus. I don't think this is worth 500 but I have paid 750. I want explanation for this. I had a reputation of rishab travels being a regula customer but now I will not be booking rishab travels again.

I was travelling from Udaipur to Gurgaon. The bus was an old Benz Bus. As soon as we entered the bus there was a bad smell, it wasn't going away and was there the entire trip. The bus wasn't cleaned properly. The curtain rod with the curtain was constantly falling on me. The single sleeper seat is way too narrow. The bus dropped to our destination (iffco chowk Gurgaon) an hour earlier very very early morning. It's inconvenient to get conveyance that early!

The bus travel was really bad 10-20 people were sleeping in the bus gallery and some of them were drunk (I have picture proof) on paytm you have written covid norms are followed. I can't find a way to go for toilet without steeping on someone. rj37pa2588.... No social distancing.

With rishabh travels I had the worst experience twice. Once I did phone booking and when I reached to collect tr ticket the operator has already canceled ticket without reason, second was today when I had to board bus from a location (already notified in office ,where he already collected the service provider part of the ticket at that time only) and on the time of boarding the bus the bus driver left me and when I called him he denied of stopping and asked me to come 45km away to board the bus rather then stopping the bus which was only 10 km away from my location at that time. When I called in office no one received neither the helpline number were picked by anyone. In night I was just out of the options. The driver also used pathetic language while talking. This was my worst experience so I prefer all others not to select this travels.

The overnight bus is relatively average condition but the air conditioning are centrally control, and you will get cold at the night. The bed are not really clean but good enough.
