RIO ROOMS - Lodge in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

Rooms are not well maintained. Very dirty old fashioned . They dont provide towel and soap until and unless we ask . Rates are high 1600rs for AC . And non AC 1000rs. There is no person to take care of property . I would not recommend to any one ,. Only 1 thing I would mention that Reception person is very friendly and courteous

Very disgusting. Horrible experience. Rude staff. They do not know how to talk with guests. Room was very small. A. C not working. Bathroom is congested. No proper wardrobe. Built wardrobe cannot be upened untill you close bathroom door. If wardrobe opend then no way to get into bathroom. No hot water. No drinking water provided. Telephone is hung on wall not working No food service. They are misusing the conditions of byestanders and relatives of patients who come to Ikra Hospital which is opposite to this so called Hotel rooms. They are big thieves who exploit the middle class public. No one should opt this accommodation even by mistake .

Bad experience. Shabby rooms, small toilet cum bathroom. Please don't book not worth the price. No cleanliness not good for stay.cleanliness and hygiene are zero. small rooms and bathroom. insects and lizards in room. very bad experience

Bad front desk service . Rooms are unhygienic and bad stains and waste all over . Wont recommend this .

Not an option for family. Below average service. Pretty small rooms. Partitions are with wooden boards, You can easily hear what's happening in the next room. Sliding windows next to bed is without lock, unsafe for children

I stayed many lodges past 15 years. First time in my life I stayed this lodge previous week... horrible lodge, narrow rooms with high rates, ediot receptionist, no water service, rooms like a colony shelter. Rested bathroom fittings. You wanna good air, pls take oxigen cylinder.

High rate low fecility.dont go there. Dificult ::/ No parking,very small room, small bath room, no exhost fan, Dust, mosquito more, no drinking water and small path of way, Receptionist not matured etc
