the big disappointment is that there is no parking facilities. other than that it is really good place for stay as considering the price. staff is friendly and helping. rooms are clean and nit too.

Please teach some etiquettes, gesture and posture. I am also in hotel industry, when guests arrives tell them to greet and keep their phone aside for sometime so they can feel like they are getting some attention. I came there to pick my friend and I asked thrice then I got reply. Disgusting.

The experience here is not that good. Room was not that clean. The knob was broken in the bathroom.

Decent for money spent. Basic hotel and no fuss.

Good hotel in mid of city with cheap rate. Good for single or group travelers and also for family travelers. I use this frequently when I need. Front desk staff is good and helpful. Room service is also available. Restaurant facility is also available in hotel. Free wi fi available in waiting area.

Not a comfortable stay. Okay for solo travellers but definitely not for family.1. Room size small, not that big but its manageable2. Walls are full of damp and paint eroded from many places3. No window at all, no scope of sunlight or fresh air at all4. AC remote is useless, AC does not maintain proper room temperature5. Towel was smelly, not fully dried, and it seemed like a used towel was given, good to be used as a foot mat6. TV remote not working7. DTH reception pathetic8. The bathroom had only one led that too with a lower wattage and kept on flickering9. The shower curtain has never been washed or cleaned, smelled like bad 10. No inhouse kitchen or possibility for any type of food, you can zomato or swiggy though11. Not a nice location.

Our Stay in Hotel for two nights during the coldest January month of 2018 was very comfortable. Reception area was impressive with good setup. The reception Staff were very cordial and handled our Check in and Check Out Process efficiently. The room was just adequate for us as couple. Furniture & Linens were of very good standard. All the other Staff from Room Service, etc. were very friendly. The food was tasty. Overall a very good stay with Hotel.

The whole room provided ( Club room) was very dirty and Messy. blanket and bedsheet found teared as shown in the picture. Also webs found in all over the room. No ventilation is useful. Poor management. Even the restaurant is not functional. Ac remote also not working. I don't know how to elaborate on such a hopeless experience.
