It's a really old place for having tea and samosa. Have been to this place from past 15 years or so or till the time i remember. Firstly would have come to this place when i was small with my dad and have samosa and tea. Now after being grown up still come to this place to have snacks with friends. The best thing about this place is you get the items steaming hot all the time which assures the quality of the food they server and it's not like they are serving the left overs or so. It's always sold out till the next batch is ready. I would suggest people to wait a few mins before they have the hot hot samosa or else you'll not find the proper taste due to the hotness of it. For those who haven't tried it yet do visit this place once when you are around and you'll not be disappointed.

One of the oldest pitstop cafe to have delicious snacks "Onion Samosa's" & Tea/Coffee. Cost of Aloo, onion stuffed samosa cost Rs 7/- each. Trust me, you would not find such a perfect onion samosa anywhere atleast in twin cities. There might be many snack centers in twin cities but this one comes top in the list. The second one is the famous Blue Sea snacks center @ secunderabad bus stand. Top-notch highlight of Rio Cafe is, you get the hottest and fresh samosa's everytime. People in twin cities are familiar with this Snack center. The people who are not aware, just give a try......

The hotel offers delectable samosas that are a must-try, and the lukhmis are a delightful addition to the menu. However, improvements in seating options would enhance the overall dining experience.

This place is overhyped. Samosas were tasty but that doesn't mean the place should be ranked among the best. I think it is sub par for the price they offer and is generally attracted to the mass market, this just means they cannot use a healthy oil which makes the food unhealthy. The food was good but could be better if they serve it properly. The place is crowded and sometimes people push each other and create a bad atmosphere. It almost encroaches footpath with so many people. No parking as this place is on the edge of a signal and the road is a free left for people travelling towards the clock tower. Recommend only to try and decide for the self.

Great samosa and chai but u will have to struggle for parking then to pay for the food and then to get it.. if u are an adventurous person then it's a must try,if u like being served then forget it.

Because it's on the main junction you cannot except more from here.They have a least items in the menu. Chai, onion samosa, lukmi...,,, The taste is good. So Stop Eat and Go}}
