The ambience is amazing. The place is a part of Rio resort. The cafe bar also has outdoor sitting which faces the pool. The food was okay. Not very prompt service.

Very accommodating, polite behavior by the staff and great food
While the food was basic and tasty - a good mid meal snack , what got me by surprise was the laid back attitude in service , the clearance was loud and the staff were laughing after committing a blunder - there is nothing more irritating that the sound of clearance stack of cutlery falling off the tray due to negligence and then the laid back approach that goes with it. A refresher training is needed on Mis En Scene & Mis En Place in the cafe.
