High price but low basic facilities. Too much crowd and very few facilities even to sit the patient there is few seats Office staff behave is very bad they behave like they are rude administrative officer. Only few doctors are well behaved so that we are visiting the hospital.

I had a positive experience at the hospital after my mother's surgery. The medical team was attentive, the facilities were clean, and the overall care exceeded my expectations. Grateful for the professionalism and support throughout the entire process.

Doctors are good but management is not transparent. They take hidden charges in name of IPD registration and paper work, these charges are not discussed at time of admission nor do they have mentioned it in price disclosure. They charged me Rs10,600/- but as per rates displayed it should have been Rs7,200/- . Donot understand why do hospital do scope of hidden charges.

RINCHI TRUST HOSPITAL, the only hospital near Kathal More Ranchi one can have trust of, as hospital has earned that trust since past, but there are certain thing that is being burred off as the days have past away. The nursing staffs rude behavior's and their attitude towards patients and their guardians along plus the patients discharge waiting time always gets and will gets into everybody nerves. To me it literally pissed me off once again, no changes being made. A member of my family got admitted yesterday and yesterdays evening nursing staffs(General Ward, ground floor) were really very good, a good listener, humble and very nice attitude towards their profession. They know what to do and who is responsible for a particular task and In reverse to this the next day morning nursing staff(General ward, ground floor), they were rude and sounds really tough with their talks and were giving uncertain attitude to the patient in the ward specially the senior staff nurses. They all stand like swamp of bees in cluttered manner, chanting both girls and work talks all together. Not a good listener, bad attitude towards patients ,rough with their talks. Today, when my family member(Patient), were having discharge formalities to leave hospital, morning staff nurses didn't informed what to do how to proceed, and even discharge files were up in the counter for billing, the nurses didn't informed about now we have to go and complete the billing instead they were gossiping and ordering their Junior staff nurse random things. The morning nurses werent good listener and their attitude were bad specially senior staff nurse even one had a fight with the patient of bed no 12, nurses were rude to him. After all this mess up i waited 1 hour 15 min for the discharge information to be told to us from nurses but i myself have to go to the counter and ask for it and was told there go up stairs and do the rest process, this they could have informed 1 hour earlier itself, felt so HUMILIATED, wanted to thrash her but controlled myself. Can you imagen in RINCHI trust it takes half hour to get admitted and more that 1 an half hour to get discharged(it feels like TIHAR JAIL jaha jana to assan hai per nikalna na mumkin). Fast forward, after discharge procedure finished, the staff nurse took time to put off the iv scering out of patient(family member) hands, he was unable to walk properly, we were passing by staff nurse counter, they made the patient(family member) stop in the middle of corridor and didnt informed the purpose, patient waited for latterly 10 minutes standing because one of staff nurse pushed the information to staff servant who she was cleaning washroom at that time to bring the wheel chair , later when i asked is it for wheel chair they said yes, the patient and i got angry at that moment we denied but now they insisted "aapko wheel chair me he jana hoga". Cutting the whole story short, in the counter met with Miss Varsha Singh(Management team member at RINCHI) who willingly listens to all the trouble faced in the morning by the morning nursing staff and the way thing were organized and managed, I addressed here every thing, she's a good listener, for future she assured of filling the bad loop holes. Thank you again Miss Varsha Singh. This 4 star is only for the evening/night nursing staff(General Ward, ground floor) and miss Varsha Singh.

I am very much satisfied with the prudence of doctors, staffs and team. Our patient was abided by all care and medical equipments and facilities according to the situation.

Nice facilities nd best treatment doctors r very humble nd staff is also so cooperative.

The doctors, nurses, management staff are are very nice and cooperative. They take care of patient nicely . The food quality are ok and intone . Must visit if required.

All things is excellent ,nice care taking all hospital members and good behaviour .
