Worst experience. Third class management. Zero planning. Recently travelled Assam, meghalaya through Rima. Though in the itinerary, kamakhya temple was there on the first day our tickets booked in a way that we reached after closing time of temple. Neither tour manager nor owner was knowing about the timings of the temple. Then he said throughout the remaining days of the trip that we will manage and will not go without the Darshan of original temple. Manager was saying we will return the money if I wont be able to take to the original temple.Before the last day of trip, manager said that it is impossible to go inside the original temple because of your flight timings. They booked the tickets in such a way so that we couldn't go to original temple.I talked to Mr Jaydeep about this ,he talked very rudely and said original temple Darshan is not scheduled in the trip.We just take people outside of the temple. That's it. He did not inform about this when we paid the money. Once you pay the money, they will not listen to you. He disconnected the phone. On the very first day we had told him our main attraction for this trip is to visit kamakhya temple from inside. Because of their mismanagement we missed Darshan of maa kamakhya. We returned with heavy hearts and disappointment instead of having cheerful memories. Apart from this , at many places there was zero management. Every day manager was in a mood of skipping atleast one place which was coming on the way. So guys, don't go with Rima travels and don't waste your money.

We had an educational trip with Rima tours and we travelled in Chandigarh, Patiala, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar. The experience was nice.. The food was also good.. The tour manager (Bhaumik bhai) was also helpful and used to coordinate all the things. You can give it a try travelling with them atleast once!

Travelled three times with Rima tours and travels and experienced great service from them. All times my room was very good and clean and food was excellent and they always help and sort out anything immediately. Thanks to Bhaumik Bhai .
