It has been almost an year since I started my journey with RIFIT and it has been amazing.
The girl who was hardly able to do 10 squats now can do 100 squats that's the transformation I have seen. Ritu is an amazingly good Instructor has motivated me so much.I love my workouts and I love to be a part RIFIT
One of the best fitness studio where instructor give full attention to each and every student. Help one correcting the body posture in a very polite gentle way. If someone is injured as well then coach Ritu will guide you and suggest to take rest for few days. So this is not just studio to stay fit it is like family. I am happy and lucky to be part of Rifit morning exercise routine with awesome & Lovely Coach "Ritu". Highly recommended for all the women's planning to stay fit or planning to lose weight.:)
It's been 3 months I have joined Zumba fitness classes with Ritu Sharma.It is really effective program.Everyone must join it.Ritu has superb energy.i have reduced inches,gained flexibility, strength.Also now I do 5 mins of plank just because of this fitness training. Fully recommended.
