Have been to this place for deep tissue massage and have been a regular client since then... its been almost 8 months since i take up services with them... and all their services are outstanding...excellent professionalism and i am extremely happy with their services...prices are also nominal and i will suggest them for sure

visited two times.. First visit - good massag, clean room with attached bathroom. left tips.. Second time - good massage., room smelled oily and no attached bathroom.. still left tips and provided my feedback on oil smell..Third time called at 6:38 PM and asked for appointment at 7 to 7:15. Reached at 7:07. No welcome, front desk women is rude and questioned abt we asked to come at 7 and looks they dont want to take service..Left the place immediately and not planning to visit again.
we are visiting & paying to get releive from pain/relaxation /get some peaceful mind. consider this things and try to greet customer properly always.
Pathetic. Initially informed that they accept nearby offer and asked to change and wait in the room. Later they denied the service. My humble request to all customers is please dont go by reviews and prefer other Spas.
Ridhi Spa is very calm & relaxed place to get a massage therapist are professionally well trained their hands are magic I enjoy the most relaxing massage in Ridhi only the receptionist girl is well experienced to handle the clients thank you so much for giving a pleasure atmosphere...
Today I visited Ridhi spa and it's the first time here, except for the good massage done there's not a single customer experience or satisfaction factor.
1. Towel which was used on me oily was the same to be used after shower. I wanted to ask for a fresh one but I couldn't go out of the room.
2. Water was cold. Waited for 5 minutes thinking I'll get warm water in the shower but looks like the heater was not on or not working
3. Shampoo and shower gel kept, which one is for what? You have no freakin clue.
4. While leaving, the front desk didn't bother to ask how was the service, it's like I'm getting paid so this is not my job. What if I wanted to take a package? Nobody even pitched for it, poor sales.
5. Professional massage and atleast that's what I expected, so no disappointment

Very good for pain relief and tissue relax. Tried deep tissue and its really worth. Place is clean . Therapist are experienced and trained in identifying issues and trying to correct it . Hygiene is good, towels are clean. Shower place good
Is a place where you can experience luxurious spa. They have packages for Couple which includes massage + jacuzzi . The masseuse are professional and they get feedback on the pressure applied. I Spent 2 hours there and it was definitely worth it. The
