In simple words, just go for some other hospital. Not at all recommended. Worst doctor timing, worst staff behavior, they don't even qualify to run a veterinary hospital.

This clinic doesn't qualify for one star.. it was 8 25 pm my 7 year son was having severe ear pain,I took him to this clinic which is near by i got shocked by seeing the response from the reception and the compounder, They mentioned without appointment Dr won't see the patient , even i pleased them to see the doctor once but they didn't allowed and ask me to get the painkiller from their pharmacy and take appointment for next day. If that pain killer resolve the issue then why Doctor is needed for this clinic..Not sure appointment is required for such priority case , if it is me then i could have bare the pain but how come my kid can tolerate till next day I convinced myself as this is not ENT clinic it is a ENT Spa. Visited to another doctor who respect the humanity and he cured my kids issue.

I had an ear operation here, and they told me that they had completely fixed my hole in the ear. However, when I came to the UK for higher education and went for a checkup due to pain. NHS said the hole was still present and they hadn't finished the operation properly. It would be preferable to go to a good hospital than to accept this because it is more frustrating.

Very worse hospitality, no punctuality, patients have to wait for hours and hours, In this pandemic situation no appointment time slots given This is the only hospital without a appointments systems Receptionists, caroline and others are very worse behaviour and not being a responsible fellows They are unfit to be at hospitals, patients will get blood pressure increase due to these receptionist . People visiting this hospital have to stay a very long time to consult the doctor. Doctor is good at his practice.

If you want get treatment from this hospital. Make half a day available for waiting and another hour for treatment. You should have more patience as a patient. Three hours minimum waiting time for out patients. Staffs won't give you appropriate answers. They will enter a name list for out patient. But they will follow some other method for allowing patients for treatment. Worst ever service. Try someother hospital for better treatment

I took my daughter to Dr. Raj Mohan for ear infection. During her 2nd visit, they took her alone in a treatment room and parents were not allowed. She was verbally threatened by the nurse. Iam not sure where the doctor had gone. My daughter is bit disturbed by this. During her 1st visit an toddler was taken into treatment room with out parents as well. Where all the others waiting heard the screams of the toddler. We all are talking about kids harrassment in schools. What about medical centres?

Best hospital. Excellent doctor. Good staffs. I3 years long we consult the Dr. His treatment is very best.

Worst behavior.no punctuality.nurses are showing lot of attitude.we have to wait a long time.
