"Recently, I visited the eye care hospital, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The receptionist's behavior was incredibly rude and impolite, which was distressing for both me and other patients. Additionally, the waiting time was excessively long; I had to wait for 3 hours before finally consulting with a doctor. This prolonged waiting period and the slow process at the hospital only added to the frustration. I hope the hospital administration takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both the staff's behavior and the efficiency of their processes."
