Riddhi Heights (Boy's Hostel) - Student housing center in Kota - Kota, India

Hostel is spacious , mess is so spacious but manager is not good here, he doesn't know how to talk to anyone uses faul language and also the behaiviour is not good, if you have problem in your room like mirror or any other issues the took lots of time that is very poor management , and yes in our hostel a gym also available but only for name , nothing is there everything is just in not working condition. I'm here from 2 yrs. These are my old and new rooms 130& 312

"WORST MANAGEMENT-WORST STAFF" The manager is rude uncultured and foul mouthed. the food is average, and the price is astronomical i.e. they charge you 16,000 rupees for 10x10 foot room. THEREASON FOR GIVING 1 STAR ARE AS FOLLOWING:- 1) PATHETIC MANAGER 2) Average food 3) very expensive 4) they charge you 13Rs a unit on electricity 5) you are not allowed to bring non veg in hostel. you can't even eat it in your own room! 6) you can't give more than 5 clothes for laundry(per week). AND MOST IMPORTNATLY.... 7) THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR SECURITY MONEY. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE HOSTEL THEY WILL NOTGIVE YOU YOUR SECURITY MONEY. AND KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY TAKE 20,000RS AS SECURITY. THEY WILL HARASS YOUR CHILDREN REGURALY BY KEEPING SECURITY MONEY AS LEVERAGE. I HAVE UPLOADED A VIDEO AND A PHOTO AS PROOF OF WHAT I SAID ABOVE . TAKE A LOOK HOW THE MANAGER TALKS TO ME IN VIDEO.

If you want to waste your money burn it , rather then giving it to them . absolute garbage staff don't know how to talk to people. i sent a package to my brother living there , package got stolen form the front desk and management was trying to downplay it and then when being confronted , they tried to settle the theft by giving the money (deducting it from the salary of guard ) instead of catching the thief . such a shameless and arrogance behavior . don't send your kids there they are literally breeding thief's . no morals and responsibility .

1. Worst management: The management is understaffed and some of them are very rude. If we have any problems and we complain then they ask us to leave the hostel and go to some other hostel rather than fixing the problem. 2. The food is pathetic: when new students join every year then the food served in the mess is good but after sometime they degrade it. 3. Water shortage: water shortage everyday. If you to call them and then they switch on the motor and water comes after 30 mins to 1 hour. The excuse is that there is water shortage in the boring (even during winters in december...wahh) Hostel hi chahiye to balajee residency chale jao saste me much better kaam ho jayega.

Very Rude and impatient, basically batameez manager RAJKUMAR The hostel lacks systematic rent, my friend pays 15000. For the same room whereas I pay 18000 awful management, kindly think before coming to this hostel, only interior isnt enough for a hostl to be good

With the price, you can stay in any hostel much better than this Generally it was the worst experience i stayed in a hostel.... i chose it because it is near to the center and my friend was here.. when the first time i entered the place and was ready to pay, they told me they didn't have any change and asked me to pay in the evening. And i came back to the counter to pay, there was no one.... so i went back to my room, til next morning i went to pay, there was no one again and i went out to change money in the supermarket and went back to pay .the servant who i met at first came and said "you have stayed for 1 night for free, when are you gonna pay?" she was so rude to me ... and it hurt my feeling ... The environment was awful,there's a hole on the wall and a stone under the bed in my friend's room and sitting in the kitchen and you can find the cockroaches come and go, on the table and on the wall... and even in the fridge... and the food that i put in the fridge was gone frequently... And the toilet and the bathroom was terrible, there were about 60 people there, but the toilet and the bathroom were not cleaned so often so the smell was terribly awful. and you need to wait cos there are few bathroom and toilets, it was usually occupied so sometimes you need to wait for more than 1 hour to take a shower... Another thing you need to be careful is that there are so many people who long stayed in here and you need to take care of your belongings always. While my laptop and phone were charging, they got stolen... and i heard before me, there were one guy lost his phone in this hostel... and when it happened, i asked the servant for help to call the police, she told me"your phone and laptop must be in somewhere in this hostel..." what a smart answer!!! And i never find them back anyway... My friend invited me to stay in the countryside in Latvia so i went with them i put my luggage in the luggage room in the hostel and when i was back.... i found the chocolate that i bought in Lithuania was bitten by the rat, and i saw itself clearly... Maybe it was just my experience of staying, but i don't recommend it at all.... With this price, you can find any little and sweet hostels in the old town with kind and polite servant

Worst hostel I have ever seen The room is too small and very difficult to adjust The food is also worse, they are doing fraud they don't show you electricity. They just tell you the wrong amount .plz don't take this hostel
