Service quality is very good. Room rent is reasonable and justified.

Never ever go to this hotel especially when you are with your family. The atmosphere is just pathetic and the owner(the motu uncle) took Rs. 200 more what he first told me the rent. He even behaved with me very badly during the payment.

Small rooms .. only the caretaker name as birbal is good .. rest worst experience as owners family started fighting with each other and asked everyone to leave the hotel ASAP .. it was difficult for us to manage the accomodation in evening

Not hygienic. I was in a search of a good hotel. Some travel agent named Shilu Yadav at Paharganj booked this hotel for me as my ATM card was showing some error to book a room through online.The experience was so pathetic and horrible. I never stayed such kind of hotels in my life time ever. The room and service is not even worth for 200Rs. Not a joke. Full of dust and seems its been a month to broom the floor. And the washroom was awwwful. I didn't use it. Felt to puke. And yeah one more thing Bed Bugs..... they'll come to chat wz you in the middle of your sleep.

I recommend to all people avoid this hotel specially those'll come from Bangladesh.Because, their all service is too bad. There is no mobile network into room & their Wi-Fi service is like 2g network. Addition to these, Every room in this hotel is a sanctuary of rat. Please don't make mistake like me.

It is the worst hotel I have seen. My booking was from silver palace hotel paharganj but they diverted me for their another property Ricky Dx. The staffs does not know how to behave properly. Even after complaining about the rats in room they didn't do anything. Guys don't go to this place as there are lots of rats and doors does not work properly
