As a longtime fan of Richy rich ice cream, I'm sad by the recent drop in taste and quality. Once vibrant flavors are now dull and texture seems less creamy. Hope they restore the exceptional taste that made them local favourite
I have mixed review as I had visited this twice in an year. First time when I visited, I felt very good as the food was super tasty. Cutlet, Parotta channa , corn pizza. The taste was out of world. But last week when I visited , i repeated the order and all I got was rotten channa, tasteless pizza and cutlet. Fries was dry. Was very disappointed. But the Icecreams are very good here. Don't go to GMT icecream. It is overhyped. I loved Ferrero Chocolate here. Do try. Also, note that you mention to give fresh food. Service is pathetic here. They should concentrate on cleanliness.
Once it was gud n affordable..now it's totally different n huge price differences in all varieties of food available there..taste too differs everytime we go n had shakes n sundaes..It's clean n hygiene well maintained by staffs...I would recommend u to try their hard sundaes only .. enjoy wid ur kids n family thr
Best place for ice-cream and milkshakes. Open till late night so if you want to avoid crowd better to go late in the night. Generally it's a must crowded place and your order might get extremely delayed because of that.

We had a lot of expectations when we went in as it looked like an extravagant from outside. But the ice creams were okay I mean we had better ones in Bangalore so it was quite not what was expected. Also service is okay. There is room for a lot of improvement.
