Richis - Gift shop in Mahalingapuram - Coimbatore, India

Prices are always high. Yesterday I received a product (toys) when I open the product it feels like quality is not good and also saw some damages. But when I asked for replacement the shopkeeper said that they cannot replace the product as we can't sell that to another customer. My question is why should I use their damaged product when I purchased it for 500+Rs??? So they have to consider their customer's point. No more purchase in this shop....

Price is high, quality of the product is too bad, no proper response, service is bad

Richis Mega Store has a passion for their work in entire Pollachi, He actually knows how to do business. He arranged the gift so nicely in out skirts area. The quality of products very nice and through out the time Mr. Jagdish Kumar respond so nicely.

Purchased few times in this shop but the most recent one had put me into a hostile situation. I purchased a toy that didn't work twice after taking it home. Upon calling to request for replacement, the first time it was repaired and the second time I requested it be taken back for refund. I was offered to choose some other toy of the same value. As I checked for few toys that my child might be interested, the owner literally said to his employee to reserve some good ones for good customers, which left me in a very bad mood and made me think in what way we became bad customer to him? So, basically customers are categorized in your shop or he looks at customer's attire to decide good and bad customers? Who gave him the authority to even raise a open talk about customers? If you're selling good toys which works fine, why in the first place we'd raise a complaint? As a parent, I choose toys that my child likes and the owner had put me in a guilty situation of choosing this shop for purchase. Keep up your attitude and I'm never visiting this shop again or recommend anyone too. By far, this is the worst experience I've experienced and know what the owner in fact didn't recognize me. For anyone who reads through my experience, check the toys well before purchasing or make a wise alternate decision.

Collections are really good. However I bought a Christmas LED light from.Richis and later found the same product/brand at 50% lesser price from a different shop. Pretty much disappointed with thier price tag.

Got very good collection of different varieties of pens and other stationary, always a to go shop for all the toys and school items

The best shop in small town. I am from Bangalore so first i need to thank google map for taking me. i went there to buy a gift for my cousins house and found lots of new and unique items. i planned to buy for 200rs and my whole family purchased for 2000rs. the quality of items what i brought is outstanding. Me and my son had become a regular customer of richis. when ever we visit pollachi we will never go back to Bangalore without visiting richis. Best shop.
