This is not about any particular Center, this is a generic review on Richfeel . They never Stock their products and their customer service team not reliable at all. They don't really care about the customers. Even if you order the products and pay for it all they would do never ship the products. One standard reply you always get would be the shipment was delayed as the products were out of stock. And big appreciation would go to customer service team. They literally don't care about the customers- all they would say is that's a number for appointments and they can transfer the call to another department and they don't really give you any updates too.

This company is fraud they will never bother about patients concern they need only money from patients they will not1service to the patient especially Nikaht (Manager) she will take money from patients she will not give bill and she can simply blame other staff for products my suggestion to patients and employees don't work with company i humble request to patients font waste your money by choosing this Rich Feel there is no feel to be rich all fake people here only they will encash patients pulse they will pay with it.

The service is really good and the people are friendly and they know what they are doing. I'm having my third visit and they are really flexible. They also follow up with their client and remind them of their appointments regularly that's really nice. I liked the service of Sandhya Gogikar she caters to client's requests politely!

I had undergone TST treatment here and happy with the service and advice given. Staff are dedicated to their work. Special mention about Sandhya who is dedicated and committed to her work. Though it's a long procedure she never misses any step and gives the needed time and perform with great enthusiasm. Good to have such committed staff.

Service is really good. Right from the day we consulted doctor. His suggestions were really useful. Staff is also very friendly and very informative regarding appointments and other stuff. It was a great experience being here, accompanied with great results in my hair growth.

Not satisfied.. my wife had a visit for hair treatment but hair fall may be increased after use of their products. I dont know what service actually they want to provide but they charged a lump sum. Very irritating feelings about richfeel as they have showed me off about some so called hair doctor.. I dont know till now why I am not getting the hair test result what they have taken initially. I dont recommend anyone

I was suffering from hair loss problem from last 1 year. I visited various hair saloons to get hair spa done, but I was never satisfied with result. Then one of my friend suggested me about the Richfeel. I booked my appointment there within a week. Doctor suggested me TST+.To be honest I am really satisfied by the results which I got after visiting the richfeel. I am also taking HST +, it's like a hair spa.It was a good experience.Technician Asima is good and patience..
