Not bad.It has cooperative staff with knowledgeable doctor that informs about both pros and cons but like every cosmetic clinic make things appear a lot worse than it actually is and the cost is high.

One of the worst services of richfeel himayath nagar, which has shifted now to Banjara hills. They just crave for the money to be paid in full amount. Once the payment is done then their work is done... They will not at all call you back, you as a customer has to beg them for appointments and they will not take appointments too, they will just postpone everything.

I have taken TST treatment in Himayatnagar , the results were good and technician neelam has done my treatment she is good advisor about hair care thank you richfeel.

I am pretty disappointed !! Have the following issues. 1) The location and address is not clear. 2) There is no display board and the mention it is opposite to More Super Market, but the supermarket is located in cellar of the opposite building. 3) I called the customer care thrice since morning to find out the address. The customer care executive said that he is going to arrange a call back from the Himayat Nagar Branch but never received any call... 4) with great difficulty after reaching the place.. the admin / receptionist mentioned that I ha e to take a video consultation.. with is further frustrating.. if I have to take a video consultation.. there is one point in coming to their center.. rather they would have arranged a video consultation at home. Overall not happy

Richfeel is a fraud company, they had taken Rs 10000 from me for treatment before first wave of Covid and then denied services, their customer care and center staff, no one will support you once they take your money. Also see news about ban on Richfeel in Karnatak

I have taken hair transplantation and ana grow treatment. I have seen good results.Good staff and management especially technician Neelam who done the ana grow i have seen good results.

The clinic is very neat and provide good hospitality to the patients. There are a wide range of treatments methods to choose from. They have the best doctors and staff who take care of their patients from start to end. They guide with the deit plans and provide good medical care for the nourishment and regrowth of hair.
