RichFeel Trichology Center - Hair transplantation clinic in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

I am a customer for your Guwahati clinic from last year. I got 2 sessions of my hair transplant in January this year. Post that I have also paid for the Anagrow treatment. But the franchise shut without any notice or information from your side. Moreover, on contacting your customer care service; neither did I receive any legible information and on top of that, your people had the audacity to be rude and disrespectful to a patient who has zero clue about what was happening to his treatment. Not only do your people have any respect for my time and energy, but also you and your company has promised medical care under the false pretense of being a professional organisation. Your services have been disappointing and highly incompetent! You have a civic duty to inform your patients IF YOUR CLINIC IS SHUTTING DOWN, while a treatment in undergoing. Please let me know how will I be compensated for this grave lack of medical professionalism and basic duty towards a patient and for my time, energy and money!

It is a waste of money. They just want to sell their products and they refused me hair transplant in Bangalore stating that I have diffused thinning and hair transplant would be a failure. They push you to do their other treatment like anagain, which is a waste of money and you get no results !! Don't go for richfeel guys..

My journey towards hair retention therapy has started here since last month and I must say the results I'm getting are quite impressive. My hair fall has reduced drastically. The staff are quiet friendly and the doctor is always available for any consultation (but it's always a better idea to get an appointment before hand). I'm told that my treatment could take a year long process so I would like to keep this review short and add on to more details as my journey unfolds. Overall it's the only place in town I'd recommend to any one dealing with hair loss issues. Edited on 10.9.21 These are money mongering companies whose sole idea is to sell their business to the client and nothing more than that. I was told I'd have to undergo Anagrow therapy after the hair retention program but the cost to attend the sessions keeps on differing with people. My friend had the same session for under 26k and I'm being offered the same for 32k and that within a span of 3 months. When you ask for the reason they blame it on the covid situation. Apart from that, the doctor seems unsure on which gimmick to sell me off. At first she was of the opinion that Anagrow should work but in between I'm also strongly advised for hair transplant which is not very professional for a doctor to do so. Apart from that, the results are never going to be what you expect. It's like a hit and miss situation with no guarantee that it might work, which they also mention in their consultation. They experiment on you on the basis of the results that kinda worked for others. Also, the treatment process is a never ending one. There is just no cure available at the moment for MPB. You'll only end up financing them for eternity. Besides that, after the lockdown, they're nowhere to be found. Phones are not reachable. The place is closed, all this even after the lockdown has been lifted here in Guwahati. Imagine the patients who were undergoing treatment and paid for their therapies are now abandoned by the treatment center. The only good thing I found here was the hair oil and the hair serum which costs an arm and a leg. Not worth your dime and time to be honest.

After years of seeking solution to my hair loss worries and having visited numerous hair transplant clinics and doctors across the country, my search ended closer home at Richfeel Trichology Centre, Guwahati. This new set up is as good as their best in Mumbai where it had my transplant surgery. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful at Guwahati. Thanks for the hair care solutions

I had such a bad experience in richfeel what I say.seriously people don't go for hair loss treatment. I had worst experience I went there for my hairfall treatment but I had loss my all hair.because of there hair oil they gives very bad .and the shampoo is also very worst .whenever u wash ur hair u always loss ur handful of hair.

I have been visiting the Guwahati clinic for a month and found it to be quite good. I have been taken good care of and the the overall experience is great. The staffs are very well mannered and helpful.

The clinic is well located at the heart of the city with good staff, and maintaining excellent hygiene. The treatment procedure is well taken care of, about the results, one has have patience and continue with course of the treatment.
