I was going through some backpain and shoulder pain so i decided to take some ayurvedic massage. I found this place whose review are much possitive. Since the place looks more towards the beauty kind of things hence i decided to directly chat to the representative through the mobile no. they provided here. As i explained my concern they booked appointment and given me time for treatment. So i reached the place nearly driving my vehicle 6km in traffic time. At the reception i politly asked about appointment they refused politly that they does not serves the "Gents". I have told them the reconfirm with person who booked the appointment again, after some calls they came with the same answer and denied. Actually this is very unprofessional if you dont serve the male client then you should ask the gender before booking appointment. Atleast read the name and use some common sense to determining the gender. After this all chaos, At least simple apology should be given but no, they didn't even care to reply. What a joke i dont know who are these people praising in reviews. They Wasted my precious hour
