Rhinoplasty was something that I wished to do since a very long time and I am glad that I finally did it. Not only have I achieved my intended results but it looks very natural as well. I still look like myself but only better. You demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and greatest level of skill. For obvious reasons I knew I was in good hands throughout the journey. Please don't believe the reviews. The hospital staff forces many patients to give 5 stars. They also asked me but I refused. I got rhinoplasty here several weeks back and Dr Richardson completely messed up my nose and my ribs (needed for cartilage). My nasal bones have shifted to the right side. My nasal mid-vault area is also asymmetric and there is a huge bump on the supra-tip area. He made changes that were completely different from what was discussed during the consultation. My nose looks like a bird's beak and my ribs are still paining even though its been many weeks. Dr Richardson also has botched the noses for my friends. Also, don't get swayed by his Youtube videos. He has some good results for Rhinoplasty but he doesn't show his bad results. Most of his Rhinoplasty results are bad. He does 2 or 3 surgeries a day and maybe only 1 result is good. He has botched the noses of my friends. Come here at your own risk. He is not a Rhinoplasty surgeon. He is a Maxillofacial surgeon. He is not good for nose surgeries. Furthermore, this hospital is also very unethical. They recorded a video for my friend. But my friend asked to remove the video from Youtube. But they didn't remove. They upload Youtube videos for many patients without permission. He spends only 5-10 minutes for consultation and then expects patients to say yes. He doesn't bother to write any notes or ask anything about the patient's preferences. Beware if you expect him to do the surgery. Sometimes, he doesn't do the surgeries. His assistant surgeons do it. But in the consultation he says he will do the surgery. Me and some of my friends have seen him walk out from the hospital but the surgeries still carry on. If you like to be used as a guinea pig, then this is the best hospital for you. Otherwise, stay away from this place.

Dr. Richardson is very professional and elaborate with the treatment procedure. His team of doctors are amazing. Also the staff is very supportive and responsive. Overall I had a total satisfying experience at this clinic. I highly recommend Richardson Hospital for the best face treatments.

From jammu & kashmir i visted last year there in november 2022 i have n under eye lid scar but Dr sunil is very kind person right now almost scar is gone 80% ty !!!!!

I got my Rhinoplasty done on 9 September 2023 to fix my nasal valves and other issues. They charged me INR 3 lakhs. I'm writing this review because of 2 broad reasons - the bad surgery result and the horrible nursing. The points below are the detailed reasons. 1. Some of the nurses were rude, inconsiderate and poorly trained. After surgery, the nurses take patients to the ICU (3rd floor) for a day. Therefore I was in the ICU after surgery. At night, I wanted to go to the bathroom. But due to the intense rib pain, I couldn't get up and go the bathroom by myself. So I asked the on-duty nurse for help. But the on-duty nurse (name is Jaba) said that "I should ask my relative for help". She didn't bother to help at all for anything. Shocking. 2. The surgery result wasn't great. The nose is not symmetric. The right side of the nose (just above the nostril is thick). But the left side of the nose, is thin. The nasal dorsum is also not smooth and straight. There are several irregularities on it. 3. Dr Sunil does whatever he wishes. If you give him your preferences, he will happily agree to it during the consultation. But on the operating table, he will do whatever he likes and not what the patient wants. Come here at your own risk. 4. I asked Dr Sunil not to reduce my dorsal height of my nose. But he still reduced it. I have compared my pre and post-op face shots and also compared the pre and post-op 3D CB-CT scans which I did in another hospital. The dorsal height has reduced and much of the nasal bone was shaved off. He completely butchered the nasal bones. Also, the nasal tip is still bulbous. He said he would fix that but it is the same as before. 5. There is a big bump in the supra-tip area of the nose. This is giving a horrible look. The nose looks worse than before as a result. 6. He said he fixed the deviated septum. But the deviated part of the septum (anterior part) wasn't even touched. I have seen the pre-op and post-op CBCT Scans. 7. After a few days after surgery, a nurse (it was Jaba again) was shifting the IV from my right hand to my left hand. The needle missed the vein on my left hand but she still injected some saline water. The pain was unbearable. It was clear that the needle didn't enter the vein. My left hand still pains even though its been 1 month since that incident. The nurses should not rush and not treat patients like pigs. 8. The nurses & cleaners barge into the patient rooms without even bothering to knock at the door. I suggest they should atleast knock before they enter. 9. Dr Sunil didn't bother to meet any patient (including me) after surgery. Surgeons at most hospitals meet their patients directly after surgery or 1 day after surgery to ask about their health. But he meets patients directly on the 9th or 10th day when the patient is discharged completely. A bit disappointing. 10. It's been a month since surgery but the back of my right palm still pains where the nurse initially put the IV a few hours before the surgery. The area is swollen and the vein has become hard. 11. After surgery, nurses usually give antibiotic (Amikasin & Amoxicillin) & painkiller (Keterolac) injections around 3-4 times a day for 5-6 days. One day a nurse entered the room at 5:45am and then took my hand and started injecting. I was sleeping and I woke up suddenly to find out what was happening. The nurses should atleast give the schedule for the injections so that we are prepared & awake. Patients are human beings, not sheep entering a slaughterhouse. I was planning to do genioplasty and recommend Richardsons to my relatives but will have to seriously rethink that. It's not just me who isn't happy with the result. I have talked to 5 other patients who also got their Rhinoplasty around the same date as me. None of the 5 other patients were happy with their Rhinoplasty results. I seriously hope they improve for future patients.

The hospital's social media image does not align with the reality of its operations. What it does is a commercial business with our hard-earned money. Despite spending a substantial amount (5 lakhs), I hardly received a two-minute consultation from the doctor. The doctor was so spontaneous, that he didn't have a 10 mins time to work on my x-ray and perform a surgery. All I suggest is don't get fooled by YouTube and Instagram video's.

Best place for Rhinoplasty nose job. Throughly experienced team. Dr. Richardson is definitely one of the finest global surgeons when it comes to deformity correction and cosmetology.
