rich stay Palaka Resort Hassan - Resort hotel in Holenarasipur - Udupi, India

Resort, Rooms are good & staff are also humble. However few services like cleaning room daily, providing water to each room or near to room is not there and changing bedsheets daily basis also not there. Proper Sound system for party events is not there. Breakfast is ok, non-veg food has quality but no taste. Others are OK. Hope the management will try to fix the gaps.

The resort is good and the staff too, the food is very tasty as home cooked , we were a large group and the staff were very very helpful in every way possible, it was a comfortable stay. We even decided to have meals after checkout for 25 ppl. They got it prepared for us in one hour.. That's very very appreciative. Thanks so much Mr manager goudru..

Awesome experience. Loved the open spaces and greenery. Lots of fields around. Village like atmosphere. Quiet, relaxing vacation. Good clean and large rooms. Very hot water in bathroom. Large swimming pool with kids pool. Good food with lots of variety. Go here if you want a change. Only 3 hours drive from Bangalore. Clean, less busy highways to reach this.

The resort is spacious. Hot water is available only in the mornings. The pool is clean and chlorine free. Dinner has to be ordered in advance. But, even when we forgot to do so, the staff, without any complaints, rustled up some Roti and Dal

Highly not recommended. Manager is too rude . Speaks cheap language . Behaved very badly. Two faced he is. Don't choose this resort. We 28 had gone to the resort. He was all ok till nearing to our check out. But then , everything went worse. He even blackmailed us with his close terms with criminal branch police. Avoid it totally.

The price are too high and packages are confusing, if enquired over phone, they say all inclusive and at the venue they give breakfast, manager is rude and stingy, due to scorching sun we asked for indoor games, answer was previous guest have spoiled. If you're are a foodie, you may curse yourself for choosing to stay here, they say local cuisine and they serve you only pulka and Dal, with rice and rasam all time. Inspite of repeated requests about the menu for the buffet they don't show the courtesy to tell you, the staff are so intelligent that if you ask for for evening snacks, they say no to your choice and tell you about the snack which is prepared for dinner as starter, it means you are paying for the snacks which is a portion of your dinner and eating the same twice..the food will be very spicy, so kindly carry your acidity/gastric medicines..

A decent home stay at very good place, maintained well and good. Very supportive staff, Food taste was awesome. But can be improved much more in terms of play area games etc. Price is bit high compared to the amenities.. however had great time and wish to visit in future also..

Nice quiet place for family accommodation. Great food. Nice people. Only complaint, we didn't get hot water for shower at night, even after our request. We got hot water in the morning.
